by | Apr 29, 2024 | News Releases

On Monday, April 29, 2024, at about 7:46 AM, the Tracy Police Department Communication Center received reports of a vehicle collision on North Tracy Boulevard near West Kavanagh Avenue.  When officers arrived on, they located the two involved vehicles. Due to the extent of damage to one of the vehicles, the driver of the gray Toyota required personnel from the South San Joaquin County Fire Authority to use rescue tools to extricate her from the vehicle.

Once extricated, the driver (a 30-year-old female from Stockton) was transported to a local trauma center in critical but stable condition. The driver of the other involved vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

The Tracy Police Department’s Traffic Safety Unit was notified and responded to the scene. At this time, the collision remains under investigation by the Tracy Police Department Traffic Safety Unit.
