Chief Sekou Millington leads the Tracy Police Department, and is supported by an executive staff who oversees various bureaus and divisions within the department.

 

Two captains and a civilian professional staff manager oversee the three bureaus of the department; the Bureau of Field Operations, the Bureau of Investigations, and the Bureau of Support Services.

 

Lieutenants carry out the directives of the chief and captains to ensure members of the department are accomplishing the department’s mission and providing professional, courteous, and effective service in their day-to-day duties.
