Online Police Report – Step 1

Welcome to the Tracy Police Department’s Online Reporting System. Please follow the steps below to complete an online police report.

Cell Phone Users: If you would like to use your cell phone to file an online police report, call DORS Quick Connect at (833) 827-5032 to enter the cell phone number for the device that you will be using to submit the report. Once submitted, you will receive a text message containing the URL needed to complete an online report. The URL provides a mobile format for an easy filing experience.

Step 1 – Qualifications

Please make sure you are able to answer “NO” to the following questions:

  • Are you reporting an emergency or crime-in-progress, or need immediate police assistance?
  • Did this incident occur outside of Tracy city limits?
  • Did this incident occur on the freeway?
  • Other than court order violations, do you know who committed this crime?
