Step 2 – Type of Reports Accepted
Only the following crimes can be reported through our online system:
- Theft – The value of items stolen must be $5,000 or less.
- Auto Burglary – Auto burglary is the theft of items, with a value of $5000 or less, from a vehicle.
- Attempted Auto Theft – If someone tried to steal your vehicle without using force and there is no information or evidence which could lead to identifying the suspect.
- Vandalism/Graffiti – With no information or evidence, which could lead to identifying the suspect.
- Harassing Phone Call – With no information or evidence, which could lead to identifying the suspect.
- Lost Property – Value must be $5,000 or less.
- Non-injury “hit-and-run” Traffic Accidents – If someone hit your vehicle, and you do not have any information or evidence which could lead to identifying the suspect.
- Late Reported Traffic Accidents – If you were involved in a non-injury traffic accident and both you and the other parties have left the scene.
- Violation of a Child Custody Court Order – If you are reporting a violation that DOES NOT include any physical injury, violence, or credible threats of physical violence.
- Identity Theft – With no information or evidence, which could lead to identifying the suspect.
- Forgery – With no information or evidence, which could lead to identifying the suspect.
