On Thursday, July 13, 2023, around 10:30 am, the Tracy Police Department (PD) responded to a report of an unresponsive adult male inside his residence located in the 200 block of East 9th Street. Upon arrival, Patrol Officers located a male subject that was pronounced deceased by paramedics.
Investigators assigned to the Tracy Police Department’s General Investigations Unit (GIU) arrived on the scene and interviewed family members, neighbors, and canvassed the neighborhood. This death investigation is ongoing, but foul play is not suspected at this time, and the case is assigned to Tracy PD detectives. The decedent was identified as Isaias Salomon Hernandez.
