Tracy Police Department Investigates Homicide On Tahoe Circle

On August 18, 2025, at about 6:35 pm, the Tracy Police Department (TPD) Communications Center received reports of a fight in progress in front of a residence in the 1600 block of Tahoe Circle. As TPD Dispatchers were receiving additional information, it was reported that an involved individual had been stabbed. When Officers arrived, they located two juveniles who had sustained injuries, along with several individuals who had been involved in the altercation. The two injured juveniles were transported to area hospitals. Unfortunately, one of the victims succumbed to his injuries at the hospital during medical treatment. 

The Tracy Police Department’s General Investigation Unit (GIU) responded to the scene to continue the investigation. 

This incident is believed to be an isolated incident, without risk to the greater Tracy community.
