On May 26, 2024, around 3:00 am the Tracy Police Department responded to a report of multiple shots being fired in the parking lot of a gas station in the 3400 block of North Tracy Blvd.  Upon their arrival, Tracy PD patrol officers located two victims of the shooting in the area.  Emergency medical personnel also responded and pronounced one of the victims deceased at the scene.  The second victim was transported to a local hospital where he is in critical but stable condition.  The deceased victim has been identified Alexander Gabriel Aguon (23 years old from Stockton, CA).

Investigators from the Tracy PD General Investigations Unit (GIU) responded to take over the investigation.  We expect the area around the crime scene will have road closures throughout the day.  There are no suspects at this time.
