On Thursday, December 21, 2023, the US Marshal Apprehension Team located and arrested Antonio Flores-Cuellar in Mexico, who was wanted in connection to the homicide of Andrea Cervantes that occurred on June 22, 2019, at 158 W. Carlton Way. Flores-Cuellar was booked into a Mexican Jail and awaiting extradition.

ORIGINAL RELEASE: On June 22, 2019, at approximately 10:52 PM, officers responded to a 911 call of a possible dead body inside an apartment located at 158 W. Carlton Way. Upon their arrival, officers located an 18-year-old female adult deceased inside the apartment. Based on evidence located at the scene, Tracy police detectives determined the female was a victim of homicide. During the investigation, detectives identified 41-year-old, Antonio Flores-Cuellar as the suspect. Tracy detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Flores-Cuellar and are actively searching for him. Detectives were able to determine that the victim and suspect knew each other.
